Markets:
Chilled Ostrich is shipped to the European Union on a weekly basis. Local markets are also supplied on a daily basis throughout the country. South African Venison is shipped frozen by sea to our European clients. We also supply a number of retail outlets, restaurants, hotels, etc throughout the country. All game & ostrich meat conforms to EU requirements and has full traceability. Food safety is a huge concern for both local and international consumers and in accordance to new legislation; our facility is independently audited by the Gauteng Province, the National Department of Agriculture & SAFSIS.
